Committee is formed new ideas presented. (eg.: Kid's time
from 4:30 to 7 {thru dinner}
or 3:30 to 6 then shut down so all can enjoy the dinner and concert)
August 2011 - Committee
meets to formalize entertainment and theme
October 2011 - Committee
Meets to formalize menu and concessions
January 2012 Committee
Meets to decide on games and activities for "Kid's Time." Design
of 2012 Flyers and Tickets begins.
March 2012
Committee meets for progress reports and approval of Flyers and tickets.
April 2012 Committee
Meets receives Flyers and Tickets and Sales begin.
May2012 -- Committee
Starts taking up sub-rosa donations towards the $1000 it would take to
get Bob L in the dunk tank. Special ladder is built (or sling for
the Bobcat) to get Bob L gracefully OUT of the Dunk Tank should the
funds be raised AND someone actually manages to dunk him) Gary Parr is
consulted about microphone and PA for Bob so he can properly
"bark" at and otherwise embarrass those feeble few who think they can
knock HIM into the water. A special "security cadre" is
sought to prevent the weak -armed string-bean types from running up and
unfairly punching the release. A release will be signed by
all throwers that nothing "barked" at them will be taken
personally nor held in a grudge-like fashion. Don Davis has
already offered to chair the sub-rosa fund-raising side. So far no
volunteers have stepped forward for the "security cadre."
